UP Free Cycle Yojana

The Uttar Pradesh government has launched the UP Free Cycle Yojana 2025 for the convenience of the state’s labourers and working class. Under this scheme, beneficiaries are given a subsidy of Rs 3000 to easily buy a bicycle to reach their workplace. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath launched this scheme to increase labourers’ income by reducing traffic expenses. In the first phase, a target has been set to benefit more than 4 lakh workers.

This scheme will benefit labourers who are natives of Uttar Pradesh and have been working at construction sites for the last six months. The applicant should not already have a bicycle and must prove that their workplace is far from home. Rs 3000 will be transferred directly to the beneficiaries’ accounts through the online application process.
